Cl. thru C4. This proposal item is for additional work by a trained and competent Backhoe Operator using a fully functioning and properly maintained tractor with a front end mounted loader and a backhoe. This is a separate item for work not already covered by, and paid for through, other pertinent proposal items. It is intended that this item shall cover call-outs for emergency and unique situations.
