<br />Wavne Webb. P.E.. Contract Mana2cr
<br />Wayne Webb, P.E. will serve as NOY A Engineering and Environmental
<br />LLC's project manager and contract administrator. Since the inception
<br />of his engineering career 24 years ago, Mr. Webb has spent the past
<br />decade successfully managing a variety of geotechnical, environmental,
<br />and structural engineering and testing contracts within the State of
<br />Florida. His focus has been providing materials engineering consulting
<br />and construction materials testing/inspection services for a wide range of
<br />projects such as schools, p0l1s, hotels, office buildings, parking
<br />structures, large mixed-use developments, and transportation projects.
<br />Mr. Webb's responsibilities include the daily management and oversight
<br />of NOY A 's executed contracts, our clients, and the employees associated
<br />with our Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing, and
<br />Threshold Inspection service lines throughout South Florida.

<br />Mor2an Dickenson. P.E.. Technical Director
<br />Mr. Dickinson began his career in 1978 and has gained experience in a
<br />variety of projects for public agencies, private development and utility
<br />companies. His background includes geotechnical engineering,
<br />engineering management, construction engineering and inspection,
<br />threshold building inspection, and materials testing. Mr. Dickinson has
<br />successfully managed operations and projects for small to large firms, as
<br />well as serving as a project engineer for several years previously. He has
<br />managed Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) contracts as both
<br />a prime and sub-consultant, is a Threshold Special Inspector in Florida,
<br />and a Professional Engineer in both Florida and Colorado.

<br />Osvaldo Areyalo. P.E.. Technical Director
<br />Mr. Arevalo began his engineering career in 1993 since that time he has
<br />gained project experience while working on a variety of public and
<br />private projects here in Florida. His background includes structural
<br />engineering and inspection, geotechnical engineering, quality assurance
<br />inspections, and materials testing and inspection. Mr. Arevalo has
<br />successfully managed branch offices, engineering departments, and
<br />projects for municipalities and small to large finns. Currently, Mr.
<br />Arevalo's responsibilities include supervising and qualifying special and
<br />quality assurance structural inspections, structural plans reviews,
<br />geotechnical evaluations, and environmental investigations. In addition,
<br />he oversees and manages threshold inspections, condominium defect
<br />mitigation inspections, and damage / condition assessments and trains
<br />and supervises engineers, structural inspectors, managers and field
<br />technicians.
