I I SECTION 3: PROPOSED PERSONNEL CONTINUED I I Francisco Boza. S.I.. Standard Inspector Mr. Boza serves as a Standard Inspector for NOY A Engineering. He has over 20 years of engineering and inspection experience and Francisco holds his professional Standard Inspector, Structural Masonry Inspector, Post Tensioning Inspector Level 2, and ACl Concrete Technician Level I certifications. Francisco's background includes serving over 14 years as a Standard Inspector in South Florida. During this time, he has been responsible for perfonning structural inspections m accordance with Florida Statute ~553.79 (Threshold Building Law) on major construction projects, as well as, training and supervising new field inspectors. I I I Daniel Divan. 8.1.. Standard Inspector Mr. Divan served as a Threshold and Special Inspector for NOY A Engineering. He has over 17 years of construction inspection and code compliance experience and Dan holds several professional certifications including his State of Florida I &2 Family Dwelling, Building, Mechanical, Plumbing Standard Inspector certifications. In addition Mr. Divan is a Certified General Contractor. Dan's background includes serving over 8 years as a Standard Inspector for the St. Lucie County School Board and Martin County Board of County Commissioners. Mr. Divan was also responsible for providing Hurricane Evaluations and Assessments as well as the inspection of new construction and renovation activities on commercial, residential and mixed use projects within Martin County. In addition, his experience included serving 8 years as a Code Compliance Officer for the City of Fort Lauderdale. I I I I I Joe Atria. S.I.. Standard Inspector Mr. Atria began his construction career in 1984. Since that time, he has worked gained project experience while working on a variety of public and private projects here in Florida. His background includes structural engmeenng and inspection, quality assurance inspections, private provider inspections, and materials testing services. Mr. Atria has successfully managed branch offices, inspection departments, and hundreds of construction projects throughout his 25 year career. Mr. Atria's responsibilities include conducting threshold and special inspections, as well as managing the structural inspectors, managers and field technicians inspection staff.
