<br />Mr. Hunt, the Engineering Director and Structural Engineering Principal at AECOM, has
<br />been with the firm for 35 years, and has 39 years of total experience. He is in charge of
<br />all structural engineering requirements and participates directly in all projects to ensure
<br />proper design, coordination, and responsiveness. Mr. Hunt has extensive experience in
<br />structural design for both new construction and renovation, for many of the firm's major
<br />projects, including a broad range of facility types. Extremely active in the industry, Mr.
<br />Hunt is a member of the Florida Structural Engineers Association, the American Society
<br />of Civil Engineers, the American Concrete Institute and the American Institute of Steel
<br />Construction. Additionally, he was an author of the Peer Engineering Ordinance while
<br />serving on the South Florida Building Code Committee. Mr. Hunt is LEED AP Certified
<br />and as such, strives to incorporate cost-effective sustainable measures into any project
<br />for which he is providing Structural Engineering services.

<br />City of Miami, Oak & Mary Parking Plaza, Coconut Grove, FL
<br />Oak Avenue Parking Plaza, a City of Miami owned and operated 404-car parking
<br />facility, was designed to harmonize with the unique characteristics that make Coconut
<br />Grove charming and special to South Floridians. The facility has approximately 16,730
<br />SF of retail shops at ground level.

<br />City of Miami College of Policing I Miami-Dade School of Law Studies, Homeland
<br />Security, and Forensic Sciences, Miami, FL
<br />The College of Policing is a unique partnership between the City of Miami Police
<br />Department and the Miami-Dade County School Board. The 112,968 sf facility will
<br />house state of the art training facilities for the police department as well as a 450
<br />student magnet high school focused on law studies and forensic science. The police
<br />components will include a 14 lane indoor firing range; defensive tactics, in-service, and
<br />recruit classrooms, a gym, EOC, and a 200 seat auditorium.

<br />City of North Miami Beach, Public Safety Building, North Miami Beach, FL
<br />
<br />An award-winning 42,600 SF facility that includes squad operations; holding areas;
<br />men's and women's locker rooms; records storage; investigation area; detective bureau;
<br />crime scene and photo lab; training; weapons and evidence storage; and general
<br />administrative support. In addition, the project includes a parking deck and a vehicle
<br />maintenance and fueling facility.

<br />Miami-Dade College, Academic Building and Parking Garage, Miami, FL
<br />This 101,399 SF educational facility includes classrooms, faculty offices, a theatre, and
<br />studios. Adjacent to the building is a 750-car parking garage which incorporates a
<br />new Central Utilities plant and 15,000 SF of offices at ground level. AECOM provided
<br />full architectural and engineering services on the project. This project was honored
<br />by several awards including a 2000 Florida Educational Facilities Planners Association
<br />Merit Award for Design Excellence: a 1997 Award of Excellence in Architecture
<br />from the Florida Association of the American Institute of Architects: a 1992 Florida
<br />Association of AlA Unbuilt Award: and a 1992 Progressive Architecture award.

<br />Regions Bank, Parking Garage, Coral Gables, FL
<br />A seven-story parking garage for a fifteen-story, 320,000 SF facility that will serve as the
<br />administration complex for Republic National Bank, which serves all Central American
<br />Republics.
