Inc.. which originated in 1956 preceded by H.C. Nutting in Miami from 1932 until 1956. NUTIING's comprehensive range of services include geotechnical exploration and engineering including soil borings and groundwater well drilling. monitoring of pile installation. groundwork modification and chemical grouting procedures. quality control/ quality assurance testing of construction materials. structural inspections (special/threshold) of structures. indoor air quality and mold evaluation. phase I and phase II environmental property assessments. contamination assessments and remedial action designs. NUTTING has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. NUTIING'S clientele base is comprised of 90% repeat clients and includes municipalities. counties. school districts. architects. consulting engineers. general contractors. developers. private home owners. realtors. banks. insurance companies. mortgage brokers and businesses of all descriptions. OUR TEAM NUTTING's four principals are all active employees of the company and bring a combined total of 100+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing. special and threshold inspections and environmental engineering. Three of the four Principals (Richard Iossi. Richard Wohlfarth, James Flaig) are Florida licensed professional engineers (PEs); the fourth Principal (Elizabeth "Betsy" Butler) serves as Director of Human Resources and oversees the efforts of the administrative team throughout all 3 offices/ laboratories (Corporate Headquarters: Boynton Beach. Port St. Lucie. and Doral). Together. they direct our staff of 55+ experienced professionals. most with over 15 years of experience in the industry throughout Florida and the United States. We anticipate no changes in relevant personnel or ownership to occur during the delivery of services on this project. Nutting has the required licenses to transact business in the State of Florida: we carry one million dollar professional and two million dollar general liability insurances (see enclosed documents). STRUCTURAL INSPECTION SERVICES & A V AILABLE INSPECTORS NUTIING has the required personnel and expertise to provide this particular service. Our certified building inspectors perform under the general supervision of the in- house special/threshold inspector (James Flaig. P.E.. 35+ years experience) and a project engineer. Inspections are provided for both threshold and non-threshold buildings. i.e. special inspections. which can include steel inspections. Building inspectors are experienced in various construction techniques and are either graduate engineers or certified by Florida Building Codes and Standards. At this time we have nvoinspectors available to perform the inspections services on this project. Mr. Fabio Garcia, a graduate Structural Engineer with twenty (20) years Tilt Wall Panel Installation total experience, is our Senior Structural Inspector. He previously served as the threshold inspectors' agent for the Ocean 4 project in Sunny Isles Beach (43 stories) and is very familiar with the processes and expectations of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Building Department.
