<br />engineering inspection of pile foundations, drilled piers, structural concrete, fill soils and pre-cast concrete plants. Mr. Elizee has worked on a full-time basis
<br />on numerous projects, including several on Williams Island in Miami, and is responsible for the field inspection and laboratory testing services. Mr. Elizee
