<br />Mr. Ponce is a Project Engineer for MACTEe's West Palm Beach, Florida office, with over 18 years of engineering experience. Mr. Ponce has managed and
<br />provided project coordination and engineering services for various engineering construction and geotechnical projects in Florida, and Georgia. These
<br />projects have ranged from residential structures, commercial developments, state roadways, highways, schools and office buildings, communication
<br />towers, and parking garages. In these projects Mr. Ponce was involved in all aspects of project proposal and budget development, and price estimating,
<br />planning, scheduling, subcontractor selection, project management, technical oversight, execution of the geotechnical field explorations, construction
<br />materials testing, analysis and evaluation of field and laboratory data, as well as the preparation of reports containing engineering recommendations for
<br />design and construction. Mr. Ponce has extensive experience on Special and Threshold Inspection projects, and is knowledgeable on several construction
<br />techniques including shallow foundations, ground improvement, tilt-up panels, as well as pre-cast and post-tensioning construction. Mr. Ponce has also
<br />provided project oversight for the design, installation and inspection of drilled caissons, auger-cast piles and driven concrete piles.

<br />4,SOO spaces new Parking Garage building, as well as the construction of the airport Terminal 1, and Concourses Band C (Phase II). Mr. Ponce
<br />coordinated over 25 technicians and building inspectors as well as reviewed daily reporting for both the Inspection and Construction Material Testing
<br />activities.
<br />jf/ Project Engineer/Threshold Representative: Spring Suites Hotel & Homewood Suites - Threshold Inspection and Construction Materials Testing
<br />Services, West Palm Beach, Florida. On- site Threshold Inspector representative during the construction of two 6-story hotel buildings, with a total of
<br />approximately 185,000 SF of new construction, and their associated parking areas and roadways. The buildings structural shell included shallow
<br />foundations, slab-on-grade, CMU walls and structural pre-stressed hollow core planks floor system.
<br />fJ Senior Project Manager: New Arabia Mountain High School - Geotechnical, Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services, DeKalb County
<br />School District, Georgia. Engineered Construction services for geotechnical exploration, drilling, construction materials testing and inspections
<br />reporting for site development and construction of a three-store 450,000 SF building, and its associated parking areas and roadways. Project
<br />responsibilities involved proposal preparation, project pricing, scope development, coordination, technical advisor, project management, and technical
<br />leadership, director of field services, field engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction material testing, data evaluation, laboratory testing, and
<br />reporting.
<br />iff Senior Project Manager: Putnam County High School - Geotechnical, Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services, Putnam County School
<br />District, Georgia. Provided project management for construction materials testing and inspections for the site development and construction of a
<br />three-store 420,000 SF building, including deep foundations, land development, and rock blasting monitoring. Project responsibilities involved
<br />proposal preparation, project pricing, scope development, coordination, technical advisor, project management, and technical leadership, director of
<br />field services, field engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction material testing, data evaluation, laboratory testing, and reporting.
<br />iff Engineer Project Manager - Aventura Hospital, City of Aventura, Florida. Supervised the daily field operations of the Construction Material Testing
<br />and Inspection Services for the new Aventura Hospital Building Addition. Direct oversight of pile monitoring, pile load testing and quality control

<br />As Civil Engineer and Technical Specialist I (Building Inspector). Mr. Carrasquel has more than two decades of experience providing engineering services for
<br />various construction projects and construction material testing in South Florida and Venezuela. These projects have ranged from commercial and residential
<br />structures developments to state and county roadways. Services provided by Mr. Carrasquel have involved concrete masonry and steel structures, storm
<br />and sanitary sewer installation, vibratory foundation, high-rise residential buildings, wastewater plant buildings, and construction materials testing. Mr.
<br />Carrasquel's project and field supervision experience incorporates oversight of inspection and testing. He has obtained various certifications through ACI,
<br />CTQP-FOOT and ICC, as well as accreditation from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations as a Standard Building Inspector.

<br />intersection near Interstate 95 in the West Palm Beach area. Each hotel covers approximately 96,000 SF. Testing of soils / earthwork and concrete
<br />masonry.
<br />jJ Threshold Inspector: OTO Development, LLC Dania Beach Construction Materials Testing, Dania Beach, Florida. Scope: Construction Material Testing
<br />and reporting of test results on two six stories hotels (Hyatt Place and Summerfield Suites) at opposite corners of an intersection near Interstate 95 in
<br />the City of Dania Beach area. Each hotel covers approximately 98,000 SF. Testing of soils / earthwork and concrete masonry.
