<br />Mr. Davis is a Senior Civil Engineer with almost four decades of experience in materials testing, engineering construction, and as a Threshold Inspector. Mr.
<br />Davis has extensive and varied experience in materials engineering. Pavement evaluations have included numerous failure investigations and design of
<br />pavement sections for roads, parking garages and surfaces, airfields for both rigid and flexible pavements. Structural evaluations have employed both
<br />destructive and nondestructive techniques, including multiple types of load testing. Other materials engineering experience includes concrete evaluations,
<br />failure investigations, mix designs, and concrete component evaluations for compliance with codes and specifications.

<br />iI Threshold Inspector: Fidelity National Financial Garage, Jacksonville, Florida.
<br />MACTEC performed geotech pile inspection, CMT, and threshold inspections on this five story parking garage constructed using a combination of site
<br />cast tilt wall panels and prefabricated concrete panels. Structure supported by shallow foundations.
<br />:1 Threshold Inspector: BB& T / Trammell Crow Company Florida Sites Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Due Diligence Services, Various
<br />Locations, Florida. Under direction of Trammel Crow / CB Richard Ellis, performed due diligence services, Phase I threshold inspecetion site
<br />assessments, geotechnical evaluations, property surveys and civil site development, construction document and regulatory permitting services for
<br />more than a dozen sites throughout the State of Florida for BB& T prototypical bank branches with drive-thru aisles. Responsible for reviewing
<br />technical accuracy of all contracts, and overseeing due diligence activities.
<br />:1 Threshold Inspector: Emerald Beach Resort LLC Construction Materials Testing and Monitoring, Threshold Inspection and Geotechnical Services,
<br />Panama City Beach, Florida. Geotechnical consulting, foundation recommendations, auger-cast pile installation monitoring and pile-load testing,
<br />construction materials testing, and Special/Threshold Inspection for a multi-building resort development comprising four high-rise (24-story)
<br />condominium towers providing 1,100 residential units, a pedestrian bridge, retail space, multiple mid-rise parking structures, convention center, and
<br />mid-rise condominium towers north of the waterfront development. Responsible for ensuring that all materials testing, geotechnical explorations, and
<br />threshold inspections are performed in accordance with correct standards.
<br />11 Special Inspector: Adagio Condominiums Construction Materials Testing and Threshold Inspections, Santa Rosa Beach, California. Threshold
<br />Inspection for a luxurious, gulf-front condominium resort along 11 acres at the highest point on the Gulf of Mexico. Involved 8 low-rise structures
<br />providing 130 residential units, conference center, 9,500 SF of swimming pools and ancillary facilities. Responsible for supervising field agents and
<br />interfacing with local Building Officials. Geotechnical consulting, auger-cast pile installation monitoring, and construction materials testing including
<br />soil compaction, concrete testing, and steel testing.
<br />:1 Threshold Inspector: Florida Hospital Altamonte Springs Building Addition Construction Materials Testing, Altamonte Springs, Florida. Construction
<br />materials testing and threshold inspection services for planned 8-story hospital tower addition, including demolition of portions of existing structure.
<br />Responsible as Inspector of Record for overseeing all testing activities and signing / Sealing documenting as necessary.
