A statement of experience summarizing threshold inspection services on similar projects <br />and a summary of what your firm can "bring to the table" for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Tally Engineering has been qualified since 1996 to perform threshold inspections in state of Florida. <br />We have completed numerous threshold inspections throughout the state. For example, presently <br />Tally Engineering is involved in threshold inspection of a condominium complex in Orlando, Florida, <br />consisting of one four story building and two standalone parking garages, four and three stories <br />high respectively, anticipated to be completed in late 2009. Likewise, we have penormed threshold <br />inspection on two seven story buildings with two level parking garages in city of Ft. We have designed, inspected and certified <br />many parking garages similar to the proposed project above. Since we are a structural design firm, we <br />have profound familiarity with design practices and use this knowledge to review and find any design <br />conflicts or identify missing information, if any. When we determine conflicts in this fashion we <br />immediately go through the proper channels to ensure the conflict is resolved by Architect/Engineer of <br />the Record. This eliminates unnecessary change orders and time delays and ultimately helps the owner <br />achieve his objectives of completing the project within budget and as scheduled. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
