<br />9. A statement addressing your Firm's present and projected workload and how this project
<br />will be scheduled within that workload.
<br />Currently, Tally Engineering does not have a backlog as it has just completed two seven story
<br />buildings in Ft. Lauderdale. It is currently involved in another project mentioned above in Orlando,
<br />which is expected to complete in late 2009. Likewise, we have been awarded a church project for
<br />which we will be performing both as Engineer of the Record and as threshold inspector. This project
<br />is currently in site plan approval process and is not anticipated to start before 2010. Therefore, we
<br />strongly believe that the project referenced above is a good match within our vertical construction
<br />division as it will not impact us and allows us to meet the project deadlines through certification.

<br />10. Evidence that the firm has the required license, insurance and financial and bonding
<br />capacity necessary to fulfill its responsibility for this project.
<br />Attached please find all the required licenses. As far as bonding capacity is concerned, Tally
<br />Engineering is bondable and if the owner requests that bond be provided, we will furnish the
<br />required bonding. With the respect to financial capacity, as you have seen Tally Engineering has
<br />been involved in numerous governmental ad well as private jobs, where the some of these projects
<br />at times has exceeded a hundred million dollars. The extensive list of complex project we have
<br />completed or ongoing (as provided) demonstrate our financial ability to easily meet the needs of the
<br />proposed project.
