PEe our proposed senior structural engineer. was involved with the City of Sunny Isles Beach's government center design as well as other public buildings in south Florida. In addition. one of our proposed team mem- bers. Beatriz Rubiera. is a former employee of the post-ten- sioned engineer designing the majority of the post-tensioned structures in the Miami-Dade County area. Considering that this is a post-tensioned structure. Ms. Rubiera's experience preparing plans for this type of construction makes her well suited to understand the nuts and bolts for the building design and inspections. The cur- rent and projected workload of our staff is such that we can immediately proceed with the City's project assignments. The personnel identified in our proposed organizational chart are available for immediate assignment to this contract.
