This project involves MDT fare collection structural and <br />electrical engineering services for the fare collection supplier. <br /> <br />Before joining PBS&J, Ms. Rubiera's experience with other companies <br />included: <br /> <br />CAD Detailer at an Engineering Company in Miami, Florida. Developed <br />structural drawings of post-tensioned concrete slabs using unbounded post- <br />tensioned system for residential and commercial buildings such as the Marina <br />Blue high-rise. Detailed post-tensioning shop drawings from structural drawings <br />for TelTazas at River Park, a two-tower condominium with 27 and 20 stories, <br />respectively. Used ADAPT-PT Modeler. <br /> <br />CAD Drafter (2D) at a Construction Company in London, Ontario. <br />Developed CAD standards and methods. Developed as-built drawings for small <br />steel commercial buildings. Received, translated, and sent CAD files to <br />customers and suppliers. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer at the Ministry of Construction Office in Havana, Cuba. <br />Developed engineering drawings, plans, and layouts from sketches. Interacted <br />with architects and engineers from other disciplines. Gained experience with <br />several building construction methods. <br /> <br />Engineering Supervisor at a Construction Company in Havana, Cuba. <br />Supervised staff and performed construction inspection.
