POST DESIGN SERVICES (SHOP DRAWINGS REVIEW AND RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR INFORMATION <br /> <br />RJ Behar provides these services on all the projects that we design for the Cities, Counties and F.D.O.T. Shop drawings are revised and <br />returned to the contractor either approved or rejected. We follow the procedure established by F.D.O.T. and the response to the <br />contractors has to be in certain period of time, to avoid possible delay claims. We also provide these services to other consultants that <br />request our services. The response to the R.F.I. is also handled as soon as we receive them. <br /> <br />8. BID ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />RJ Behar is ready to provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach the services of Bid Administration. The professionals designated for this task <br />are very familiar and efficient. Mr. Robert J. Behar, P.E. and Javier Rodriguez, P.E. has been involved with several cities in performing <br />those duties. They are aware of the required expertise and performance of the participation on a bid for the selection and the preparation <br />of the letting documents. <br /> <br />Conclusion <br />In this section, RJ Behar believes that we have effectively demonstrated our understanding of the City of Sunny Isles Beach's request.
