Will <br />you be hiring several companies to cover each the services or will we need to team up <br />with a prime engineer to cover all the services under this contract? (For example, a <br />geotechnical engineer can submit only for the services they provide, a structural engineer <br />for their services, etc.) Also, we would like to be able to submit for only the services we <br />provide but, if we need to team with a prime that would be fine, I just need to know how <br />to go about submitting for this contract. <br /> <br />ANSWER: <br />You can submit for just those disciplines you feel qualified to provide, you do not <br />have to cover everyone of them. That's why we intend to make multiple <br />selections.
