<br />Luis H. Monsalve, P.E., Traffic Reports I Signals. Mr. Monsalve has over 30 years of experience
<br />in the planning and design of local and major transportation projects. Relevant assignments
<br />include: FOOT Districtwide Miscellaneous Traffic Operations Studies for District Six; Districtwide
<br />Traffic Planning and Forecasting for District 6, 1-95 HOV Lighting, Signing and Pavement Marking
<br />for District Four. SR-80, Reconstruction, Signalization, Lighting, Signing and Marking for District
<br />Four. Mr. Monsalve has managed and performed several traffic and planning work orders for the
<br />FOOT as well as other cities in south Florida, including City of Coral Gables, City of South Miami,
<br />City of Miami Beach and Village of Pinecrest. He is the traffic engineer of record for the NW 25th
<br />Street PD&E Study which included FSUTMS modeling, travel demand, intersection and arterial
<br />capacity analysis using HCS for existing roadway and several alternatives developed during the
<br />study, and documenting results in two traffic reports.

<br />Edwin Mojena, P.E., Roadway Design. Mr. Mojena has over 13 years of roadway design and
<br />plans production experience. His responsibilities have included design of horizontal and vertical
<br />alignments, drainage computations, quantities, cross-section design and layout, signing and
<br />pavement markings, and traffic control plans (TCP). Mr. Mojena has also been responsible for
<br />overseeing the development and progress of plans production and CADD personnel activities.
<br />Edwin has performed as Assistant Project Engineer on Project Development & Environmental
<br />(PD&E) studies for FOOT. Mr. Mojena is certified by FOOT as TCP engineer.

<br />Mona Kamal, Ph.D., Traffic Counts I GIS. Ms. Kamal has extensive experience in utilizing
<br />analytical, quantitative, and information-based technologies to improve decision making in
<br />transportation and service industries. She has experience in decision support systems, data
<br />analysis, geographical information systems, database management, statistics, system analysis and
<br />design, safety analysis, modeling, and information systems. Ms. Kamal is experienced in
<br />conducting project travel forecasting studies and developing 18 KIP reports. She is also proficient in
<br />using different GIS packages including ArcView, and ArcGIS. In addition, she has experience in
<br />utilizing state-of-the-art technologies in data management, integration, and analysis. She has
<br />excellent analytical, communication, problem solving, and presentation skills.

<br />Pete Diaz, P .S.M., Surveying I Mapping. Mr. Diaz has over 20 years experience in most aspects,
<br />and all levels of Land Surveying. His experience includes Topographic surveys, Right-of-Way
<br />mapping, Design Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Control Surveys, GIS, Hydrographic surveys and
<br />others. Mr. Diaz most recently worked with the Florida Department of Transportation as Project
<br />Manager overseeing five consultants, one of which provided Aerial Photogrammetry. At the FOOT,
<br />Mr. Diaz played a key role in the implementation and organization of Quality Control and review
<br />processes in the Surveying section, contributing to increased productivity and accuracy. Mr. Diaz
<br />also served as a representative for the Surveying and Mapping Technical Advisory Committee and
<br />the GIS development committee.

<br />Alex A. Quevedo, Utility Coordinator. Mr. Quevedo has over 15 years of experience in the
<br />construction engineering, inspection (CE&I) and project management for Roadway,
<br />Utilities/lnfrastructures and Bridge projects. As an Area Engineer for FOOT District Six for five years
<br />Mr. Quevedo was very familiar with Utility Joint Project. As a project engineer and coordinator for
<br />the Infiltration/Exfiltration/lmprovement Program (liE/I) for Miami Dade Water & Sewer in the Miami-
<br />Dade County, Mr. Quevedo was responsible for the daily operations of inspecting and managing
<br />nine individual contracts for the implementation of trenchless technology in South Florida. Currently
<br />Mr. Quevedo is managing the SUE and Utility Coordination Department for Marlin Engineering, Inc.
<br />
<br />Maria F. Porrata, Public Involvement. Ms. Porrata has over 23 years of experience in the areas
<br />of Management, Construction Management, Planning, Design, Implementation of Transportation
<br />Systems, Traffic and Transportation Engineering, Highway Design, Project Development and
<br />Environmental Studies, Public Information, Public Involvement and consensus building to final
<br />approval on extremely involved and complicated multi agencies projects.
