Organizations, Training, Awards, etc.) <br />Mr. McCampbell has over 26 years of experience in various power and environmentally related engineering, construction and <br />permitting efforts. He has more than 16 years of experience managing diverse environmental and power projects ranging from small <br />one or two person assignments to large multi-tasked jobs with more than 50 personnel. He currently is a project manager on a $23 <br />million fixed price EPC project to provide the US Army with a new White Phosphorus load line. He has been a Project Manager on a <br />project that reviews and tests new technologies for demilitarization of chemical warfare material. Recently he was assigned as a <br />Project Manager for several combined cycle plants and for the two Combined Cycle Reference Power Plants. In addition, he was <br />Project Manager for Owner Engineer assignments for several power industry clients. Another assignment was as the Project Manger <br />for a $24 million hazardous waste removal and restoration effort for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). <br /> <br />Mr. McCampbell has had extensive environmental engineering experience including designing a zero discharge pilot plant to <br />chemically treat chemical warfare agents to be in conformance with applicable federal and state regulations promulgated under the <br />Clean Air, Clean Water and Resource Conservation and Recovery Acts. He has determined the environmental constraints associated <br />with the demolition of a chemical warfare agent production facility and has conceptually determined methods for decontamination, <br />demolition, and disposal of the wastes that will be in compliance with applicable regulations. Mr. McCampbell has been responsible for <br />the process design of a 16.4 MGD wastewater treatment system, which treats acidic wastewaters from the production of nitrocellulose. <br />The design was based on results from pilot scale treatability studies performed under his direction. <br /> <br />Mr. McCampbell designed and obtained permitting of two FGD landfill efforts including landfill siting, phasing of the landfill operation, <br />storm water control, and economic evaluation of selling gypsum produced by the FGD system. He was responsible for obtaining the <br />ajor environmental permits for a green field site, nominal 2x400 MW unit pulverized coal-fired steam electric plant. Permitting <br />sponsibilities include obtaining a 404/Section 10 Permit, NPDES Permit, a Prevention of Significant Deterioration Air Permit which <br />included a Determination of Best Available Control Technology, Construction in the Floodway Permit, FAA Stack Permit, and a landfill <br />permit. To support these permitting efforts, responsibilities included: identifying wetlands and developing mitigation strategies, <br />developing a plant wide water balance, sampling the Ohio River, estimating and modeling plant air emissions including fugitive dust, <br />performing hydraulic analyses of construction impacts on the Ohio River, and designing a landfill including geologic and hydrogeologic <br />investigations of the proposed landfill site. <br /> <br /> <br />19. Currently responsible for managing the Technology <br />Evaluation Task and for the Balance of Plant Design for a Wet Air Oxidation System installation that will be used to destroy Non- <br />Stockpile wastes.
