<br />Anderson, a two on one (two combustions turbines each with a HRSG feeding one steam turbine) arrangement with a simple
<br />cycle temporary operation, Kelley, a 2-2 on 1 arrangement, and Martin, a 4 on 1 arrangement. Responsibilities included the
<br />specification and early purchase of long lead time equipment including the heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs),
<br />transformers, and cooling towers, site arrangements, one lines, water balances, schedule development, and cost development.

<br />e. Project Manager - Was responsible for the remediation of six former disposal sites located at former Fort Devens including the
<br />removal of wastes from the six sites, analyzing the wastes, and landfilling the removed waste in an on-site landfill constructed
<br />under this task. Work completed under Mr. McCampbell's direction included development of the work plans, site safety and
<br />health plan, as well as other plans, specifying, bidding, and awarding major subcontracts for landfill construction, and landfill
<br />operation, partial construction of the landfill, and the start of remediation of the six former disposal sites. $24,000,000.00,
