<br />~[s. Anglin is an Environmental Scientist with over 10
<br />years of experience in site investigations and report
<br />writing in the realm of em'ironmental consulting. ~fs.
<br />Anglin provides technical oversight, coordination, and
<br />task management. She has performed and overseen
<br />several subsurface investigations and site investigation
<br />projects in Texas, \Vest Virginia, Florida, and Puerto
<br />Rico. Ms. Anglin has completed projects at sites with
<br />nitroaromatics (explosi,'es), trichloroethene (fCE),
<br />metals, and fuel-related contamination. She has field
<br />experience related to soil, sediment, surface water, and
<br />groundwater sampling. Soil sampling experience has
<br />been with both direct-push technology and hollow-stem
<br />auger drilling rigs. Groundwater sampling experience
<br />has been with low-flow (minimal dra,vdown) sampling
<br />and three w)lume purge techniclues with bladder,
<br />perstaltic, and Grundfos pumps. i\1s. l\nglin writes and
<br />prepares site investigation reports, including long-term
<br />monitoring reports, reports of findings, work plans, data
<br />package reports, feasibility studies, and site-wide
<br />background studies. i\[s. ,\nglin has experience in
<br />preparing Potentiall!' Responsible Party (PRP) searches
<br />for the U.S. Environmental Protection i\gency.
<br />Throughout i\.1s. Anglin's career, her organization and
<br />site knowledge ha,'e enabled her to solve the
<br />em'ironmental challenges she has faced with her
<br />projects, closing them ahead of schedule and under
<br />budget.

<br />Site i\.1anager for a large levee repair project in southern
<br />Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina.

<br />;\s a special assignment in response to Hurricane
<br />Katrina, Ms. Anglin assumed the role of CQC Manager
<br />
<br />for an S 18 million levee repair project in southern
<br />Louisiana. This project ilwolved emergency repairs to
<br />4.85 miles of hurricane protection le,'ee along the west
<br />bank of the ~[ississippi Ri,'er. The scope included
<br />borrow pit development; excavation, processing,
<br />loading, hauling, and placing nearly 1,000,000 CY 0 f
<br />borrow material; placement of riprap; geotextile fabric
<br />placement; surfacing stone; and Hydroseeding. Her
<br />responsibilities included soil classification, moisture
<br />testing, review of material documentation, and daily
<br />reporting. As this was a US Army Corps of Engineers
<br />(USACE) project, i\1s. Anglin implemented the USACE
<br />three phases of Quality Control by preparing and
<br />executing the Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up Phases
<br />prescribed by the USACE.

<br />and preparation, and conducting and m'erseeing field
<br />investigations. Primary assignment is \'('est Virginia
<br />Ordnance \,\'orks (\'\VO\\') in Point Pleasant, West
<br />Virginia. Recent assignments have also included Former
<br />Lee Field Na\'al ,\ir Station in Creen Cm'e Springs,
<br />Florida and Former Ramey Air Force Base in Aquadilla,
<br />Puerto Rico. l\lso performed field \vork (slug testing
<br />and groundwater sampling) and report preparation for
<br />Plum Brook Ordnance \,\'orks in Sandusky, Ohio.

<br />Field acti,'ities range from landfill im'estigations, fuel
<br />pipeline im'estigations, se,ver line investigations, and
<br />former TNT manufacturing area investigations. Field
<br />tasks include groundwater sampling using bladder,
<br />Grunfos, and perstaltic pumps; soil sampling using
<br />direct-push technology (OPT) and hollow-stem auger
<br />drilling methods; sediment and surface water sampling;
<br />soil gas survey using GORE-sorbers(R); and
<br />groundwater level measurements.

<br />Southeast Area (2005); Report of Findings for the
<br />Southeast Area Supplementary Investigation (2005); Site
<br />Investigation Report for the Electric i\Ieter House, Main
