<br />l\[r. Bailey, a licensed professional geologist in the State
<br />of Florida, is currently Sha\v's Florida Department of
<br />Transportation (FOOT) Program Director. He also
<br />selTes as the Office Director for the Gaines\'ille, Florida
<br />office. His expcrience includes transportation planning
<br />(PD&E) studies, National Em-ironmental Policy Act
<br />(N EP A) compliance, em'ironmental site assessments,
<br />soil and groundwater sampling, contamination
<br />delineation, and coordination of contaminated material
<br />transport and disposal. His skills include project
<br />management, client relations, monitor well construction
<br />and installation, storm\vater-erosion-scdimcntation
<br />control inspection and reporting, detailed research and
<br />tcchnical rcport writing. [n addition, l\lr. Bailey has a
<br />strong geological background with special emphasis on
<br />sedimentology, stratigraphy, and geographic information
<br />systems (GIS). His geological cxpcrtise is furthcr
<br />complcmentcd by a busincss administrative background,
<br />ha\'ing recently completed his MB1-\ at the Uni\'ersity of
