The following is a summary of key projects:
Geotechnical Consultant, Bridgeport Harbor
Station Unit 3 Mercury Control System, PSE&G,
Bridgeport, CT, 03/2006 - Present. As Geotechnical
Consultant, provided technical consultation and review
of calculations to determine seismic site class, allmvable
pile load and ( for booster fans) dynamic stiffness of pile
foundation. Reviewed results of pile load tests to
determine the allowable pile load capacity.

Geotechnical Consultant, Brunner Island Unit 3
ESP & FGD Projects, Pennsylvania Power and
Light, York Haven, PA, OS/2005 - Present. As
Geotechnical Consultant, provided technical
consultation and re\.iew of calculations determinc the
seismic site class, allowablc pile loads and (booster fan
fans) dynamic stiffncss of pilc-supported foundation.
E\'aluated methods for pro\'iding lateral support of a
deep exca\'ation in loosc, saturated tly ash fill.

Geotechnical Consultant, Mixed Oxide (MOx) Fuel
Fabrication Facility, US Department of Energy -
Chicago Operations Office, Aiken, SC, OS/2002-
Present. As Geotcchnical Consultant, provide technical
consultation and review of various geotechnical analyses
which including seismic site response analysis,
liquefaction analysis, slope stability analysis and
settlement analysis. Provided critical reviews and
comments for the Site Geotechnical Report to ensure its
technical ade(luacy for NRC permit licensing application.

Lead Geotechnical Engineer, MBTA 1-90/1-93
Coordination Services, Massachusetts Bay Transit
Authority (MBTA), Boston, MA, OS/2002 - Present.
As Lead Geotechnical Engineer, responsible for
geotechnical design adequacy review of the construction
of Central Artery/Third Harbor Tunnel structures near
or crossing the r-.IBTA facilities. The efforts include all
aspects of structures, especially soil-structure interaction
analyses and construction impact and disturbance
evaluation to ensure safe operation of the MBT[\
facilities during construction of the [-90/1-93 structures.

SHAW ENVIRONMENTAL. INC.

E\'aluated and commented on the proposed
underpinning of the South Station Red Line to permit
the construction of northbound leg of the Central .Artery
beneath the station using mined tunneling in conccrt
with pipe-jacking techni(lues. Provided critical tcchnical
revie\vs and commented on the methods of computing
stresscs changes of the MBTA Red Line tunnels due to
the construction of 1-90 Fort Point Channel tunnel
crossing. In addition, recommended the use of
parametric study to analyze construction sequencing and
its effect on the stresscs of the Red Line tunnels.

Pro\'ided comprehcnsi\'c tcchnical re\'iews and
commented on the impacts of jacking full-section
highway tunnels beneath South Station railroad yard and
constructing deep cut-and-cO\'er tunnels adjacent to the
railroad tracks. Provided critical technical revicws and
commented on ground freezing as soil stabilization
method for improving face stability during tunneling.

Rc\'ic\V and commcnted on the underpinnings dcsign of
North Station platforms and railroad tracks, and Grecn
Linc Scicnce Park Station to facilitate 1-90/1-93
construction beneath thesc structurcs. Rcvicwand
commentcd on thc proposed NATl\1 tunneling with
Door Framc p.-lethod of construction under the North
Station platforms and railroad structures.

Geotechnical Consultant, Westlake Styrene
Revamp, Weslake Chemical, Sulphur, LA, 08/2006 -
11/2006. As Geotechnical Consultant, rc\'iewcd cxisting
geotcchnical data, the design calculation of the augured
cast-in-place (ACIP) piles and settlements of proposed
pile-supportcd foundations.

Geotechnical Consultant, Mercer Station Units 1 &
2, PSE&G, Hamilton Township, N], 11/2005-
01/2006. As Geotechnical Consultant, reviewed existing
geotcchnical reports and proposed Powdered Carbon
Silo foundation to assess the need for piles for support
of the foundation. Also performed calculation of thc
suitability of pipe piles recommended for support of the
Powdered Activated Carbon Silo foundation.

Geotechnical Consultant, Independent Fuel Storage
Installation, 101893, Monticello Nuclear Generating
Plant, Monticello, MN, 06/2004 - OS/2005. 1\S
