Mr. De\'er's engineering responsibilities
included pilot testing and design of the soil and
groundwater corrective action system. I\Ir. Dever's
project management responsibilities included oversight
of the system installation and operation, including
subcontractors. The Correcti\'e i\ction Plan (Cf\P) was
reviewed by the FDEP Hazardous \'\'aste Section. The
regulators and reviewers had such confidence in the
design by OHI\I that they granted permission to
construct and operate the system prior to the CAP
review. The CAP was subsequently reviewed and
appro\'ed by the FDEP without any comments.

1987 - 1992, Project Manager/Project
Engineer, Burns and Roe Environmental,
Orlando, FL
Designed, managed, and installed public \vorks projects
including large sanitary se\ver lift stations (3 million
gallons-per-day capacity); sanitary force mains up to 24-
inches in diameter; minor roadways; stormwater drainage
systems including retention ponds, drainage pipe, and
drainage stmctures; and potable water systems including
production wells, booster stations, storage tanks, and
pipe lines.

Project Manager/Engineer, Orange County Florida
Public Works Flood Control Design Project, Lake
George, Orlando. An historic drainwell for this lake
had failed and the lake b'd had risen dramatically and
was threatening surrounding property mvners. Sen'ices
included hydrologic analyses and historic hydric species
analyses for determining historical lake levels. Data was
then used to design a pump station for flood control of
lake to replace the failed draimvell. Design services
included site sun'eys, hydraulic analyses, pump design
and selection, stilling \vell sizing and analyses, drawing
and construction specification preparation, construction
cost estimate, and bid document preparation.

Project Manager/Engineer, Stormwater Design,
Multiple Projects. Sen'ices included site sun'eys, storm
sewer design, hydraulic analyses, stonn\vater
retention/ detention pond design, hydrograph and pond
routing modeling, drawing and construction
specification preparation, cost estimate preparation, fidd
engineering oversight, and as-built documentation.

1982 - 1987, Nuclear Engineering Officer,
U.S. Navy
Operations and maintenance of weapons and propulsion
systems onboard a nuclear-powered submarine.

06C122006T

GREG DEVER, P.E.
