Proposed Personnel for Assignment: Shaw offers a nationally recognized team of engineering professionals with expertise in devising cost-saving approaches for our clients. Shaw is prepared to assist the City of Sunny [sles Beach with all of its goals for this contract. Our Team will be actively managed by our Project Manager (PM) who will maintain regular communi- cation with the City's PMs. Jordanna Rubin, our proposed PM, has a strong perfonnance record in meeting client expectations and will bring that expertise to the City for this contract. Resumes and a draft organization chart are provided in Section 7 of the SF 255. Completed Forms: The Public Entity Crimes form and Non-Collusive Affidavit are included in Appendix A. . 3.0 Qualifications for this Contract Shaw will provide to the City our most qualified technical resources to support every project needed, to provide the project with any requested assistance, and to complete each assiglUnent on schedule and within budget to achieve the project goals. We are structured to be demand-responsive and efficient in the timely completion of every project assignment and to make available the management, professional, and technical resources necessary to respond to whatever needs may arise. Shaw is intimately familiar with the type of on-call services and procedures involved for the design, design review, assessment, inspection, and coordination services required by the City. We have provided similar on-call engineering services under task order contracts for many local clients, executing task orders simul- taneously as necessary, all within authorized budget. Our overall approach is as follows: . Plan the work and be flexible - For each task order, we will define a clear understanding of the scope, including any unique technical needs of the project, assign the best staff resources to meet the defined scope, and prepare a scope, schedule, and cost proposal for approval by the City. Upon receipt of approvaL we would immediately initiate the work. . Execute the work in accordance with the schedule We will monitor task progress and coordination, providing the City with progress updates as desired. On a regular basis, our progress repot1ing will pro- vide a complete review of all assignments, forecasted activities, and expenditures versus progress. . Execute the work in accordance with the budget - Budget control and cost containment are ongoing processes perfonnecl by Shaw to effectively monitor and control costs and to take timely action to main- tain task progress against the approved budgets. Changes in scope that increase or decrease approved estimates will be immediately reported to the City. . Ensure quality - Our quality control program makes certain that all task deliverables meet contract requirements and expectations and conform to appli- cable accounting, engineering, and design standards and regulations. The program will vary by task complexity and is applied continuously on each task. . Communicate via contract progress reports - Since the nature of the assignments under this task order contract will often likely have abbreviated schedules and multiple task orders active at any gi ven time, communication and reporting progress is essential. Later sections describe some of our tools used to facilitate efficient collaborations. Performance metrics and contractor performance standards are part of Shaw's culture.
