<br />State assigned sites. \\'orking with the responsible party
<br />he devised a cost effective remedial strategics that
<br />provided timely cleanup, while minimizing impact to
<br />operating businesses. 1\[r. lvamer employed remedial
<br />strategies such as air sparge concurrent with \"acuum
<br />extraction, direct oxidation through injection wells,
<br />Natural ,\ ttenua tion l\ [onitoring and biosparging.

<br />Kramer worked as project engincer for se\"Cral State Dry
<br />Cleaner Program sites. He formulated remedial
<br />strategies consisting of enhanced reducti,'e
<br />dechlorination for sites ,vhere the groundwater ,vas
<br />impacted by chlorinated sokents, and "acuum extraction
<br />and surgical exca,"ation for sites impacted in the
<br />unsaturated soil zone. His practical approach reduced
<br />remedial costs, while effecti,'ely cleaning up the sites.
