BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope. size. and cost)

The firm developed a master plan update for a 250 city-block area of downtown Miami. The project included programming. master
planning. design guidelines. zoning guidelines and landscape concepts. The project area included well-known landmarks such as the
Freedom Tower and Bayfront Park. as well as the central downtown commercial district. A key component of the updated master plan
involved the incorporation of the Bayfront Park into the broader downtown development plans and repositioning of the park as an anchor
destination to connect the various subdistricts within the area. The new park design provides opportunities for both large and small scale
public events as well as intimate "parks within the park" experiences for visitors.

Bayfront Park / Riverside Park

Fee: $ 590K
Size: 250+ City Blocks

.

~

-I

.

STANDARD FORM 330 (1/2004) PAGE 1
