<br />C. Structural Engineer of Record for the first phase of the Town of Jupiter's Riverwalk along the Intercoastal
<br />Waterway. The walk was more than 1,000 feet, and included a pedesrian bridge. A modular, masonry retaining
<br />wall was designed to elevate the walk above the wetlands between the walk and the Intercoastal, and prevent
<br />shorline erosion at the walk.

<br />Investigation of structural deficiencies in two parking garages: Old Hyde Park, Tampa, Florida, a multiuse
<br />retail and residential complex with three, 4-story parking garages, and Esperante, West Palm Beach, Florida,
<br />a 30-story office building with a 7-story parking garage. Notable in both investigations, torsional reinforcement
<br />deficiencies were identified in the exterior spandrel beams in the parking garages, resulting in the early and
<br />excessive cracking of the beams, and then developed recommendations and procedures for the monitoring of the
<br />beams for continued distress.
