<br /> project entailed HPNC, VPNC, alignment and/or existing right of way lines, aerial targets, topograpy, DTM, cross
<br /> sections and sectional surveys (7 sections) to establish the Historic Baseline of Survey, This project was completed in
<br /> November 2005 for a fee of$147,365. Mr. Fernandez was the Project Manager in responsible charge of the project.

<br /> MDX, WSM provided field edit of obscured areas, supplemental topography, bridge surveys, staking and location of
<br /> borings, location of trees and delineation of the existing right of way, Project was completed in July 2005 for a fee of
<br /> $114,634. Mr. Fernandez was the Project Manager in responsible charge of the project.

<br />d, WSM started working on this 1.5 mile elevated transit system throughout downtown Miami in August 1989. Full design
<br />surveys including HPNC, VPNC, route surveys, topographic surveys at all proposed stations and utility surveys were
<br /> provided. During construction WSM was employed by the construction manager to verify foundations, piers, pier caps,
<br /> plinths, running pads and guideways. In 2002, WSM has hired to provide boundary surveys of the entire system. Various
<br /> land lines were tied via survey of the City of Miami monument lines in the vicinity which were part of the original
<br /> control for the project. Total fee for the design and construction management was $515,200 and the boundary surveys
<br /> were $130,171. Mr. Fernandez was the surveyor in responsible charge of the project throughout all its phases.
