POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER <br />(305) 375-2961 <br /> <br />This 11-story, concrete parking garage is located on US1, on a site restricted by the Snapper Creek Canal to <br />the South and its 2-fl proximity to Metrorail's Dadeland North Station elevated guide-way, With total capacity <br />for 2000 vehicles, it was designed with the promenade level adjacent to the canal and provisions for future use <br />as commercial/ retail space with allowance for a future child-care facility on the ground level. Design features <br />include speed helix for direct exit from the 5 upper levels and sophisticated parking control equipment. There is <br />camera surveillance throughout the building and patron safety is monitored from a strategically located security <br />control office, All parking space counts, audits and Diagnostics are done by equipment in a Control Center. It <br />also functions as a Bus Station on Ground Floor with 10 Bus Stops. The Design Phase was conducted by <br />MOTA and the Construction was handled by FOOT. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
