BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />Project Relevance <br /> <br />This project consists of the installation of synthetic turf with rubber infill on the football <br />field as well as several modifications and improvements to the existing facility at Traz <br />Powell Stadium. The following are the improvements to the facility: <br /> <br />. Civil Design Services <br />. Drainage Design <br />. Utility Coordination <br />. New Scoreboard <br />. Irrigation System <br />. Miscellaneous Electrical <br />Lighting <br />. Construction Management <br /> <br />. Replacement of existing grass field with synthetic turf <br />· New long-jump area <br />· Relocation of the discus and shot put area <br />. New high jump area <br />· New pole vault area <br /> <br />As part of this project, ADA Engineering, Inc, (ADA) conducted site visits and <br />provided data collection and evaluations in order to coordinate all design work. The <br />proposed plans and specifications included the removal of field surface (football, <br />soccer and field area) and the installation of synthetic turf, utility relocation, design of a <br />new drainage system and construction management and inspection services, <br /> <br />ADA was responsible for coordinating all geotechnical and surveying work, As well <br />as, the coordination and inspections of the installation of the rubberized surfaces and <br />striping for the track and field event areas, In addition, ADA participated in the <br />selection process for the turf manufacturer that would be contracted for the synthetic <br />field, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25, FIRMS FROM SECTION C INVOLVED WITH THIS PROJECT <br /> <br />a.
