The garage design allows for a <br />separate parking area for Broward County supervisory personnel and Commission <br />Members on an intermediate level. Additional provisions were made, via a connecting <br />ramp, to enable users of the new garage to enter the Broward County Administration <br />Building, through an existing garage and across an existing covered walkway, at the second <br />level. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />North Broward Medical Center Parking Garage, Deerfield Beach, Florida - Mr. Scharf <br />is currently serving as the Architect, working with Walker Parking Consultants in the <br />Design/Build of a 504-car, pre-cast Parking Garage to serve a growing visitor population at <br />this busy hospital. <br /> <br />It <br />I <br /> <br />Lucky Street Parking Structure, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Hollywood, <br />Florida - Mr. Scharf designed a seven story, 830,000 sq. ft., 2,000+ vehicle parking <br />garage. The garage was built to accommodate patrons of the "Hard Rock Live" event <br />venue and the Seminole Paradise Village, located adjacent to this structure. The building <br />has a steel structure framework, site cast concrete spandrel panels and is served by six <br />elevators. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Parks <br /> <br /> <br />Riverland Park, Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Architect of Record - The project was a <br />Design/Build project. The design of this 1 O-acre site incorporated a neighbourhood <br />community center, an aquatics center which including a "Learn to Swim" pool and a water <br />playground, a passive park and a community garden. <br /> <br />Young Circle Park, City of Hollywood, Florida -The firm is presently serving the City in <br />the programming, design and administration of construction of this 10-acre park renovation <br />to serve the entire County as an "ArtsPark", supporting and accommodating both visual and <br />performing arts.
