Under this continuing contract Harvard Jolly has completed the design and construction of the ADA Code Compliance upgrades <br /> at Broward General and Coral Springs Medical Centers. These projects called for an expert level of knowledge of the Florida <br /> Building Code, specifically the handicap accessibility requirements. Harvard Jolly also assured minimum interruption through <br /> proposing proper protection barriers and project phasing in an extremely sensitive environment of patient care that must remain <br /> operational around the clock. The facility includes: concession stand, storage, support spaces, public restrooms and meeting space. The <br /> conceptual design phase has been completed and presented to the community. Through the architectural continuing contract, Harvard Jolly has been commissioned to renovate various educational spaces at <br /> Miami-Dade College North Campus. The projects consisted of the complete interior renovation of two tiered lecture halls <br /> located on the ground floor of the N-2000 building including new theater style fixed seating, finishes, multi-media equipment, <br /> acoustics, specialty ceiling system, general and specialty lighting, and integrated technology package. Supporting spaces <br /> included entry lobbies, service lobby and an ADA accessibility lift. The additional projects included the HVAC replacement. <br /> recording studio renovation and various academic and support spaces.
