Through the architectural continuing contract, Harvard JOlly has been commissioned to renovate two lecture halls at Miami- Dade College North Campus. The project consists of the complete interior renovation of two tiered lecture halls located on the ground floor of the N-2000 building including new theater style fixed seating, finishes, multi-media equipment, acoustics, specialty ceiling system, general and specialty lighting, code modifications and technology package upgrades. Supporting spaces include entry lobbies, service lobby and an ADA accessibility lift. The additional projects include the HVAC replacement recording studio renovation and various academic/support spaces. Harvard Jolly was recently commissioned to provide conceptual planning and subsequently complete architecture/engineering services to upgrade, remodel and renovate classroom spaces in Buildings 4 & 36 on Florida Atlantic University's Boca Raton Campus. A detailed assessment of existing spaces was essential for the project that will both maximize educational spaces while minimizing anticipated construction costs and interruption of adjacent spaces. Various schemes have been developed with consideration of budgetary and scheduling implications. Construction of this project just started.
