BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />This project consisted of multiple facets of design: <br /> <br />Programming: A complete program of required spaces was created to maximize the facility use and determine total space <br />requirements. <br />Demolition I New Construction: The existing Building 2 and Building 3 will be demolished to make room for the new replacement <br />facility. Area of the site will be redeveloped to expand the parking area and site amenities. The new construction consists of a one story <br />building of approximately 11,000 gsf for the supporting offices, shops, parts storage area and 3 service bays. This will also include a <br />walkway connector to the Existing Building #1. <br />Remodeling I Renovation I Addition to Existing Building #1: Infill addition of approximately 1,000 gsf will be added to Existing <br />Building 1. This area is part of the new entry for the Customer Services Department. The limits of the remodeling / renovation will <br />include approximately 13,000 gsf of the Existing Building 1 which is planned to be remodeled in phases. <br />Site Design: Complete site modification incorporates the new replacement facility and relocation of site amenities such as lay down <br />yard, fleet parking and service areas. <br /> <br /> <br />25.
