PROJECT OWNER <br />City of Lauderhill <br /> <br />The project scope included the preparation <br />of multiple conceptual plan options locating <br />a new Concession Facility Building for St. <br />George Park. The facility includes: <br />concession stand, storage, support spaces, <br />public restrooms and meeting space. The <br />design options considered a free standing <br />building located close to the existing <br />baseball field and an alternate plan option <br />considered a building addition located <br />between the existing Recreation <br />Building/Community Center and the parking <br />lot. The City has favored the attached <br />addition with connection to the main <br />existing meeting room.
