• Underground wiring location equipment <br />• Two hydraulic bucket - trucks with a reach capacity of no less than 65 feet. <br />• One backhoe /front end loader combination machine (equivalent to a Ford F555 or <br />larger.) <br />• One 24 foot minimum vertical man lift (pole cat or equivalent). <br />• Two portable brush chippers with 20 cu yard capacity storage truck. <br />• Two twenty- cubic -yard capacity dump trucks. <br />• One Utility Box Truck or Van. <br />• One portable gasoline generator (5000 W Minimum) <br />• Two 60" three gang hydrostatic reel mowers. (5 blades per reel min.) <br />• One 21" Reel Mower (5 blades) <br />• Four utility carts that can traverse landscaped areas without damaging plants or <br />irrigation. <br />• One Skid -steer Loader with the following accessories: Tree Boom, Fork, Bucket, and <br />Auger. <br />• A two -way communication system between all of the Contractors service vehicles, <br />their main office, and City personnel. <br />The Contractor must own or have leased the following equipment at the time of proposal <br />submittal. The City may require proof of such ownership or lease agreement at its sole <br />discretion. <br />L4. The Contractor must possess the following licenses and keep them current throughout the <br />term of the Contract: Pest Control Applicator License issued by the State of Florida; Dade <br />County Occupational License; and City of Sunny Isles Beach Occupational License (Local <br />Business Tax). <br />L5. The Contractor must operate at least one storage and mobilization site within a five mile <br />radius of the City limits of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, within 60 days of award. The <br />storage site may be totally enclosed or may be open and surrounded by a six foot height, <br />lockable, chain -link fence. The storage site must have a minimum of 2000 sq. ft. area, with a <br />minimum 600 sq. ft. of fully enclosed, lockable, and secure materials storage area, and must <br />be continually available to the Contractor for the full duration of this contract. The City <br />reserves the right to inspect this facility prior to award of proposal, and at any time during the <br />course of this contract. The Contractor will have 60 days to secure the storage site after <br />award of contract. <br />L6. The Contractor shall maintain the contractually covered landscaped areas at the frequency <br />rate prescribed with conventional production style mowing and lawn maintenance equipment. <br />A manicured professionally groomed appearance is the desired result. The Contractors work <br />will be inspected by the City and the City's Landscape Architect. The Contractor shall maintain <br />all other areas as required by City during the course of this contract. The Contractor shall <br />adhere to City noise ordinance. <br />L7. The Contractor, as a minimum, must be a member, in good standing, of the Florida <br />Nurserymen, Growers, and Landscape Association (FNGLA) and the Tree Care Industry <br />Association (TCIA). The Contractor shall provide proof of membership with the proposal <br />submittal and submit concurrent proof of membership annually throught the duration of the <br />project. <br />L8. Maintenance as defined for proposal purposes shall include: Litter, trash, and debris removal <br />and disposal; mowing; edging; hedge trimming; tree trimming; Bermuda turf maintenance; <br />raking; sweeping; weeding, aerating, weed - eating, herbicide applications including preventive <br />PAGE 32 OF 105 <br />PROPOSAL NO.
