The City further reserves the right to reject any or all responses, to waive any informality in the responses received and to accept only those responses deemed by the City to be in the best interest of the City. Any mention in these documents of the term "qualification" refers to the Response; and any mention of the term "provider" refers to the Respondent. This request for qualifications RFP is solely to describe insurance brokerage qualifications and service. No broker is authorized to approach the insurance marketplace, until a list of Insurance companies is submitted and approved by the City.
