Insurance Specifications <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br />3/31/01 <br />It is the intent of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, to arrange for a broad form, economically feasible, <br />master insurance program. The program is to include the following lines of coverage: <br />- Property insurance /Boiler & Machinery Liability <br />- Comprehensive Commercial Automobile and Physical Damage Insurance <br />- Comprehensive General Liability Insurance <br />- Umbrella Liability <br />- Workers' Compensation Insurance <br />- Public Official Liability Insurance <br />With regard to the above - mentioned lines of coverage, the following financing programs will be <br />considered: <br />a. Guaranteed cost insurance programs <br />b. Guaranteed cost programs with deductible provision at various levels. For example: <br />Property Insurance - $25,000 & 50,000 deductible <br />General Liability at various deductible and /or SIR levels to $100,000 per <br />occurrence <br />c. Alternative risk financing programs including retrospectively rated program for General <br />Liability, Automobile and Workers' Compensation exposures. <br />d. Self - insurance programs with per occurrence and aggregate stop loss features. <br />The following requirements are mandatory <br />2 <br />
