Coverage's must be quoted with financially secure stable insurance companies, <br />licensed and admitted to write insurance in Florida and rated no less than A by <br />Best's rating service. <br />- All submittals must be firm proposals. Coverage's must be as detailed in the <br />specifications. If there are any changes from the specifications, they must be <br />noted in the proposal. <br />Brokers will be assigned insurance markets. Only those markets assigned to a <br />broker may be for obtaining quotations. <br />All submittals must be received by May 18,2001 before <br />5.00 P.M. However, the insurers must agree that the failure of the City to disclose <br />all hazards existing at the effective date of the master program shall not prejudice <br />the City with respect to the coverage afforded by the program provided such <br />failure is not intentional. <br />The inception date of the master program is July 1200 1. <br />3 <br />
