<br />government complex inclusive of city hall, commis-
<br />sion chambers, police facility, and a public library. A
<br />new public waterfront park will also be developed along
<br />the western edge of the city hall complex.
<br />O Cape Coral City Hall Complex, Cape Coral, FL. A
<br />91,000 SF, 2 -story civic building masterplanned adja-
<br />cent to the existing facility. The building includes a
<br />250 -seat City Council chamber and auditorium, Mayor's
<br />office, City Clerk, City Attorney and City Manager of-
<br />fices, community development and other related city
<br />functions. The facility also is master planned to in-
<br />clude a 350 -car garage for staff and visitors in a sub -
<br />sequentphase.
<br />O Key Biscayne Government Center, Key Biscayne,
<br />FL. A new City Hall; Police Headquarters and public
<br />Parking Garage. The project was master planned and
<br />designed as a low scale campus environment open and
<br />accessible to all citizens. The center is located adja-
<br />cent to the Village's main public park. A Fire Station and
<br />Community Center (designed by others) were additional
<br />components of the Government Center campus.
<br />O Charlotte County Judicial Center, Punta Gorda, FL.
<br />Spillis Candela & Partners was selected to provide
<br />life -cycle cost analysis for mechanical systems and
<br />complete planning, architectural, engineering and in-
<br />terior design services for a new four story, 162,500
<br />square foot courthouse. The facility will contain space
<br />for the judiciary, court administration, clerk of courts,
<br />state attorney, public defender and the sheriff's de-
<br />partment.

<br />cycle cost analysis, architectural and engineering
<br />services for the site selection, design and construc-
<br />tion of a building approximately 238,000 gross square
<br />feet, to house the operations and office functions of
<br />its Birmingham Branch.

<br />ture with similar Mediterranean -style buildings, is a
<br />new 14- level, 171,000 SF office tower and retail space
<br />which is currently under construction.

<br />del Grupo Pellas), Managua, Nicaragua. A 10 -story
<br />administration office building flanked by two, 2 -story
<br />wings that house several of the businesses owned by
<br />the Pellas organization. Also included within the project
<br />is a 505 -car garage located at and below grade.

<br />office complex inclusive of executive offices, a secure
<br />computer operations center and employee cafeteria.
<br />O Ryder Center, Convocation Center /Arena, Uni-
<br />versity of Miami, Coral Gables, FL. A new 167,665
<br />SF 9,200 seat convocation center /arena with 24 VIP
<br />luxury suites. A variety of events will be held in the
<br />new arena including graduations, banquets, con-
<br />certs, sporting events and trade shows. The arena
<br />will also house the University of Miami's basketball
<br />teams training practice and office needs.

<br />Igor Gonzalez has over 7 years experience in the field of
<br />mechanical engineering which have included the design
<br />and devlopment of HVAC systems for commercial offices,
<br />assembly facilities, hotels, educational faccilites, theaters
<br />and manufacturing facilites. His responsiblities involve the
<br />production, coordination and project managementfrom con-
<br />ceptual design stages through detail design and succesful
<br />testing. His early work experience also includes as part
<br />of his professional devlopment, two fields in the US army
