The Cape Coral City <br />Hall is an 86,000 SF, <br />2 -story civic building <br />located on a 20 acre <br />site on the West <br />Coast of Florida. The <br />master plan locates <br />the new City Hall ad- <br />jacent to the existing <br />facility while maintain- <br />ing a landscaped, <br />green park for future <br />City development. <br />The building itself is <br />composed of a 250 - <br />seat City Council <br />chamber and auditorium, Mayor's office, City Clerk, City <br />Attorney and City Manager offices, community develop- <br />ment and other related city functions. The facility also is <br />master planned to include a 350 -car garage for staff and <br />visitors in a subsequent phase. <br />The building facade will consist of split face block and <br />glass consistent with adjacent city and federal buildings. <br />Spillis Candela DMJM is responsible for master planning, <br />programming, architecture, engineering, landscape archi- <br />tecture and interior design. <br />r� <br />� Spillis Candela DM1M <br />
