The Collier County Government Center is a campus con- <br />sisting of 16 county buildings, including the courthouse, <br />administration building, health services building, sheriffs <br />administration and jail. There is a total of 560,000 SF on <br />this main campus. This study involves a thorough evalu- <br />ation of the architectural, structural, mechanical, and elec- <br />trical components of each of these structures. After a <br />careful analysis, each building is ranked according to its' <br />current usefulness and future potential. Using this infor- <br />mation, a master plan is developed by considering space <br />and building needs for the next 5, 10 and 15 years. This <br />master plan contemplates the addition of up to 300,000 <br />SF over these three phases as well as structure parking <br />to support the county's needs. <br />SWIM Candela DM1M <br />
