'My�F <br />Spillis Candela DM1M <br />This 30,000 SF multi - purpose city government complex <br />includes a new 17,000 SF of city administrative building <br />which includes a variety of city functions including Fire <br />Administration, Permitting, Planning and Zoning, Engineer- <br />ing, Budget and Finance, Purchasing, Fire Prevention Ser- <br />vices, Public Utilities Administration, and other ancillary <br />support spaces. In addition to the City Hall building, <br />SCDMJM was responsible for a 13,000 SF renovation of <br />an adjacent library. <br />Spillis Candela DMJM provided architectural and engineer- <br />ing services for the City of Ormond Beach. <br />
