As directed by the City Manager, act as the City's construction representative to <br />include the following: <br /> <br />1.) Attend pre-construction "kick-off' meeting. <br />2.) Perform periodic observations during the construction process. <br />3.) Review and approve contractor shop drawings and payment requisitions. <br />4.) Select specimen plant material. <br />5.) Complete final punch list. <br />6.) Provide final acceptance correspondence to City Manager. <br /> <br />Final Project Submittal <br /> <br />A.) The final project contract documents will be submitted to the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach the following ways: <br /> <br />1.) One set of reproducible "As-built" plans <br />2.) One disk or e-mail in Autocad format. <br />
