The tasks completed have included the following: <br /> <br />A) The complete redesign of Collins Avenue from N.E. <br />159th st.reet to the Broward County line to include a <br />planting plan and a xeriscape irrigation design. <br /> <br />B) A conceptual design for a proposed beach walk and <br />jogging path. <br /> <br />C) Detailed landscape maintenance specifications. <br /> <br />D) A detailed design review manual for the newly <br />constituteq Sunny Isles Design Review Board. <br /> <br />E) Attendance at numerous public meetings and <br />presentations. <br /> <br />We have always found Mr. Bill O'Leary and his firm to be <br />extremely knowledgeable, reliable, honest and professional <br />in every manner.
