Key issues addressed included wetlands, land use and landscaping. • Reynolds Park - Development of design guidelines and master redevelopment plan for a 600 -acre technology and industrial park with rail and airport facilities on the St. John's River in Clay County, Florida. The project had previously been a naval base and these guidelines and plans help to establish a sense of place' for this project to transition into a high technology park. • Weston — Arvida /JMB's 9,000 -acre planned use development includes over 15,000 residences and 200 acres of recreation facilities. Mr. Kroll serves as the project manager for all landscape architectural and planning issues regarding this community. Development of theming for communities as well as site planning, landscape architectural services, irrigation design and ecological issues are included within these management and design issues.
