Key <br />issues addressed included wetlands, land use and <br />landscaping. <br />• Reynolds Park - Development of design guidelines and <br />master redevelopment plan for a 600 -acre technology <br />and industrial park with rail and airport facilities on the <br />St. John's River in Clay County, Florida. The project had <br />previously been a naval base and these guidelines and <br />plans help to establish a sense of place' for this project <br />to transition into a high technology park. <br />• Weston — Arvida /JMB's 9,000 -acre planned use <br />development includes over 15,000 residences and 200 <br />acres of recreation facilities. Mr. Kroll serves as the <br />project manager for all landscape architectural and <br />planning issues regarding this community. Development <br />of theming for communities as well as site planning, <br />landscape architectural services, irrigation design and <br />ecological issues are included within these management <br />and design issues. <br />
