All major land use issues were addressed and coordinated through the City, Broward County Planning Department, and the Florida Department of Community Affairs. • City of Pembroke Pines Evaluation & Appraisal Re- port, team assistance in completion of an EAR for the City. • Koons Ford, preparation of an application for a Land Use Plan amendment on a 23 -acre commercial parcel to be developed into a car dealership in Pembroke Pines. • Davie Lakes, coordination and preparation of a land use plan amendment for this 41 -acre residential development in the Town of Davie. • Pines Central Park, a 15 -acre active use park for which we performed platting and planning services. • Flamingo Park Expansion, a 25 -acre active use park expansion project to include baseball fields, a tot lot, and concession building /club house and maintenance building in Pembroke Pines. Services to be provided include: surveying and platting; site plan preparation and processing; lighting; and construction observation and management. • Muvico Movie Theater, a 41 -acre commercial project including a 24- screen theatre in Davie. Services pro- vided included: site plan processing assistance, land- scaping processing assistance, on -site engineering, sketch and legal description, and construction observa- tion. • Muvico Theatre at Boca Raton, a 15 -acre commercial project including a 20- screen theatre in Boca Raton. Ser- vices provided included: site plan processing assistance, landscaping processing assistance, on -site engineering, sketch and legal description, and construction observa- tion and certificate of occupancy. • City of Miramar Landscape Corridor Planning, a 40- mile project requiring the preparation of comprehensive Landscape Guidelines forfifteen different arterial and col- lector roadway corridors in Western Miramar. Services provided include: due diligence on adjacent property own- ers and easements along the corridors.
