1 Gladys DiGirolamo Project Manager Education: • Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology, Eastern Illinois University, 1982 Relevant Professional Experience: Ms. DiGirolamo has more than 18 years of experience in planning design in both public and private sector projects. As Project Manager, Ms. DiGirolamo is responsible for coordinating the firm's planning and platting activities in- cluding: preparation, processing and representation for land use plan amendment and Development of Regional Impact (DRI) applications; rezonings; site plans; including master plans and site plan design; platting assistance; and project planning and associated site development and surveying work. In addition, she has recorded over 15 plats throughout Broward County. Prior to joining MLA, she was Executive Administrator for a local surveying firm for 12 years, assisting the platting department and managing the administrative aspects of the 15- person firm. This document served as the planning support documents for project development and addressed all major elements that would be impacted by this development. • Monarch Lakes Pods, a 930 -acre mixed -use parcel in Miramar for which the following services were provided at the single - family zoning districts on Pods 13, 2, 10 and 9: dredge and fill permitting; platting assistance; conceptual water management; complete engineering design including earthwork, paving, drainage, water and sewer; cost estimates and construction services. Bluegrass Lakes, preparation of an application for a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) for this 450 -acre mixed -use development in Miramar. Additionally, Planned Unit Development applications were coordinated and submitted on residential parcels including Somerset II North. Imagination Farms West, a 308 -acre single family residental zoning district in the Town of Davie. Services provided included: surveying, platting, and site planning. • Long Lake Estates II, a 454 -acre single family residental zoning district in the Town of Davie. Services provided included: surveying, site planning, rezoning and plat- ting. • Cooper City Commons, a 53 -acre, commercial center with a 280,000 square foot retail building. Services pro- vided included: engineering, evironmental wetlands per- mitting, planning, platting, landscape architecture and surveying.
