Services provided included: input and <br />presentations at public meetings to explain new <br />development review process to City Planning and Zoning <br />Board, City Commissioners, and the attending citizens <br />of Miramar, <br />• Village of Wellington PUD - Vinings Commercial <br />Parcel, a 4.75 -acre commercial site with office and retail <br />uses in Wellington. Services provided included: <br />Development Order Amendment, site planning and <br />platting. <br />• Lennar Homes PUD, a 265 -acre multi -use parcel in <br />Pembroke Pines consisting of 788 single family, 115 <br />townhomes, 209 garden apartments, a municipal site, <br />and a 10 -acre commercial site. Services provided <br />included: platting, annexation and rezoning. <br />• Miramar Park of Commerce Phase IV, a 65 -acre <br />industrial site in Miramar with industrial and office uses. <br />Services provided included: engineering and platting. <br />• Miramar Park of Commerce Phase V, a 143 -acre <br />industrial site in Miramar. Services provided included: <br />rezoning, platting and engineering services. <br />• Kmart Corporation Boca Raton Store Expansion, <br />expansion of the existing Kmart store on Palmetto Park <br />Road in Boca Raton. Services provided included: <br />engineering and site planning. <br />• Plantation Golf Course, a 240 -acre golf course <br />renovation project consisting of an 18 -hole championship <br />golf course, clubhouse with guest facilities and <br />' maintenance area. Services provided included: <br />conceptual master planning, site planning and <br />engineering services. <br />
