Services provided <br />included: D.R.I. application and responses for planning <br />and human resource issues, land use plan amendment, <br />and platting. <br />Monarch Lakes, a 930 -acre mixed -use parcel in <br />Miramar. Services provided included: Land Use Plan <br />Amendment; master plan design for a residential, <br />commercial, industrial school and park development with <br />200 acres of mitigation; dredge and fill permitting; platting <br />assistance; conceptual water management; complete <br />engineering design including earthwork, paving, drainage, <br />water and sewer; design of Flamingo Road widening and <br />SW 145th Avenue; cost estimates and construction <br />services. <br />• Embassy Lakes, a 640 -acre residential and commercial <br />development in Cooper City. Services provided included: <br />planning and human resource issues, and preparation of <br />D.R.I., land use plan amendment, rezoning and platting. <br />Miramar Town Center Due Diligence Report, within <br />this DRI, the public /private development of a 57 -acre town <br />center for the City includes governmental, office, <br />residential and retail uses in a neo- traditional setting. <br />This document served as the planning support documents <br />for project development and addressed all major elements <br />that would be impacted by this development. <br />Big Sky North, coordination and preparation of a land <br />use plan amendment for this 286 -acre residential <br />development in Pembroke Pines. All major land use <br />issues were addressed and coordinated through the City, <br />Broward County Planning Department, and the Florida <br />Department of Community Affairs. <br />
