<br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH
<br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 01 -12.01
<br />GOLDEN SHORES DRAINAGE AND
<br />PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT
<br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is requesting
<br />proposals for Golden Shores Drainage and Pavement Improvement.
<br />Sealed Bids will be received at City Hall, City of Sunny Isles Beach,
<br />17070 Collins Avenue, Suite #250, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida,
<br />33160, until'11:00 A.M., Friday, January 11, 2002, at which time they
<br />will be publicly opened and read in the City Hall Commission Chambers.
<br />The envelope containing the sealed bid must be clearly marked
<br />"IMPORTANT -BID ENCLOSED FOR GOLDEN SHORES DRAINAGE
<br />AND PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT [ RFP No. 01 -12- 011 ". Each proposer
<br />must submit one original and three (3) copies of the complete proposal
<br />package. Faxed or e- mailed bids will not be accepted. Bids will not be
<br />accepted after *11:00 A.M. on January 11, 2002 under any circum-
<br />stances.
<br />Proposals, once received, become the property of the City, cannot be
<br />withdrawn, unless withdrawal is based on the reasons set forth in the
<br />City's procurement ordinance, and will not be returned to the proposers.
<br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any
<br />or all bids, to waive any informality, irregularity or technicality in any bid, to
<br />readvertise for bids, or take any other such actions that may be deemed to
<br />be in the best interests of the City. At the discretion of the City, firms sub-
<br />mitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentation as part of
<br />the evaluation process.
<br />If any addenda are issued to the RFP, a good faith attempt will be made
<br />to furnish a copy of such addenda to each of the persons or firms who, ac-
<br />cording to the records of the City, previously received a copy of this
<br />RFP.
<br />However, prior to submitting the proposal, it shall be the sole responsi-
<br />bility of each proposer to contact the City to determine if addenda were is-
<br />sued and, if so, to obtain such addenda. Please contact the Office of the
