ON -SITE STAFF OVERVIEW <br />CONSTRUCTION PHASE <br />The following individuals will guide your firm throughout the construction phase of this assignment. <br />JIM MARSHIANO/ PROJECT MANAGER <br />Jim is a graduate of the University of Florida. He has more than 10 years <br />of construction industry experience, 4 of them with our firm. As Project <br />Manager, Jim is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the project <br />during the construction phase. He will be the project team leader, <br />coordinating and assuring that all communication between the owner, <br />architect, engineers, subcontractors and field staff is administered and <br />4 <br />distributed in a timely fashion. Jim will be actively involved during the <br />'3- <br />preconstruction phase. Jim has completed several commercial facilities, <br />the most notable being the City of Port St. Lucie's $7 million City Hall. <br />DOUG JUST/PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT <br />Doug has more than 21 years of construction industry experience, 18 of <br />them with our firm. As Project Superintendent, Doug will be the on -site <br />representative with the authority to speak and make decisions for our <br />firm. His responsibilities will include supervising all of the work that our <br />firm puts in place in the field, managing all site quality and safety issues, <br />on -site schedule management, staging and logistics planning, <br />subcontractor coordination, and jobsite record - keeping, to name a few. <br />Doug has constructed a number of challenging and multi faceted <br />commercial projects with our firm. <br />BRIAN PIETRZYK/PROJECT ENGINEER <br />Brian is a graduate of the University of Florida where he received a <br />r <br />Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction. He has more than 5 years of <br />construction industry experience, all of them with our firm. Brian's <br />responsibilities will include contract administration, shop drawings <br />solicitation and review, material expedition, detail project scheduling, <br />engineering coordination. He will also be responsible for implementing <br />Prolog Manager, our web based project management software used to <br />expedite communication between the project team members. Brian has <br />worked on a number of diverse project types since joining our firm. <br />
